  • Coordinate calendar management for team members, scheduling appointments, meetings, and reminders with precision
  • Utilize office management software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for daily tasks including invoicing, bookkeeping, and report generation
  • Provide exceptional customer service by supporting clients via phone or email, addressing inquiries with patience and clarity
  • Assist with clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, and managing office supplies to ensure operational readiness
  • Skills

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills across various communication channels
  • Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse client needs effectively
  • Strong typing skills with high accuracy; capable of managing data entry tasks efficiently
  • Knowledge of office equipment such as multi\-line phone systems, fax machines, and printers
  • Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a fast\-paced environment
  • Experience in medical or dental reception is a plus; familiarity with appointment scheduling software is advantageous
