Job Overview:
As an Order Entry/Customer Associate at our meter reading services company, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate order processing, exceptional customer support, and seamless coordination between clients, field technicians, and internal teams.
Responsibilities:
Order Entry \& Data Management:
- Accurately enter and process customer orders, service requests, and meter reading schedules into the company’s database/system.
- Verify order details (e.g., customer information, service locations, billing codes) for completeness and accuracy.
- Update and maintain customer accounts, ensuring all changes are documented promptly.
- Generate work orders and dispatch schedules for field technicians.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding meter reading services, billing, or scheduling.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly, escalating complex cases to the appropriate team.
- Provide clear explanations of services, timelines, and pricing to customers.

Customer Service:
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast\-paced environment.
Pay: $21\.86 \- $25\.79 per hour
