I’m looking for an experienced Executive \& Personal Assistant to work closely with me in a role that blends business, home, and personal coordination. This position is ideal for someone with a strong Type\-A personality, real\-world experience, and the confidence to take charge while keeping complex lives running smoothly.

The right person is highly organized, calm under pressure, intuitive, and comfortable making decisions, taking initiative, and often acting independently without needing constant direction. A background in healthcare—such as an RN or other professional licensing—is a strong plus, as is prior experience in a high\-trust, all\-access support role (for example, paralegal or medical office manager).

This role works best for someone who naturally anticipates needs, enjoys responsibility, values discretion, and takes pride in their work. If you enjoy being a steady, capable presence and find satisfaction in making life and work easier for the people you support, this role will feel like a natural fit.
