Job Description:
The Assistant Account Executive is a hybrid role that supports both client leadership and project delivery. You will be trained across account and project management, building the foundational skills needed to contribute effectively to both the strategic and operational sides of the business.
You are responsible for providing day\-to\-day tactical support, translating client requests into actionable next steps, and helping senior team members maintain strong client relationships. You will juggle multiple priorities, capture accurate meeting notes, schedule meetings, update status reports and timelines, and track and manage account finances. You bring a mature, steady presence, listen well, and take a hands\-on approach to solving problems while staying calm under pressure.
KeyResponsibilities
* Project Management: Lead and manage daily status reporting; maintain meeting notes; build and manage timelines; schedule meetings and set agendas; check in with teams to ensure work stays on timeline; support resourcing allocations; and track/manage key financial aspects of the business.
* Production Support: Provide support across a wide range of productions (TV, radio, OOH, social, print, digital, internal communications).
* Client Relationships: Serve as the day\-to\-day point of contact for straightforward client requests.
* Competitive: Partner with Strategy to lead annual competitive analyses and keep insights top of mind to inform the agency’s thinking.
* Business Knowledge: Leverage industry and client insights to develop compelling arguments, points of view, and recommendations.
* Problem Solving: Surface risks, blockers, or resourcing needs to dotted\-line and direct managers to keep work moving efficiently and help resolve issues quickly.
Qualifications
- College Graduate, ideally in a Business/Marketing field
- Internship(s) completed at a communications agency
- Volunteer or paid experience throughout your college studies

Dentsu may designate other Hub offices at any time. Those who live outside a commutable range may be designated as remote, depending on the role and business needs. Regardless of your work location, we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office.
The annual salary range for this position is $54,050 \- $58,500\. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
