#### Position Summary
The Executive Administrative Assistant is a trusted partner to Suja Life’s Chief Executive Officer and Executive Leadership Team, providing proactive, highly organized, and confidential administrative support that enables executive leaders to operate at their highest level. This role serves as a force multiplier for the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, ensuring executive time, priorities, communications, and logistics are managed with precision and discretion. The EAA must demonstrate exceptional judgment, anticipation, and professionalism while supporting senior leaders in a fast paced, highly visible setting.
#### Schedule
- The role is expected to be on\-site approximately 2 days per week, with additional in\-office days as needed.
- Manage complex, dynamic calendars for the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, balancing internal priorities with external commitments.
- Coordinate executive meetings, including leadership team meetings, Board adjacent sessions, earnings related activities, and cross functional reviews.
- Schedule and manage logistics for virtual and in person meetings, including agendas, materials distribution, conference room coordination, and follow up.
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively recommend solutions that optimize executive effectiveness and decision\-making flow.
- Provide direct administrative support to the CEO with heightened attention to confidentiality, accuracy, and responsiveness.
- Coordinate logistics for Board related activities, executive offsites, earnings preparation, and other time sensitive CEO priorities.
- Act as a trusted gatekeeper, exercising sound judgment in managing access, requests, and competing priorities.
- Support preparation and coordination of executive communications and briefing materials as directed.
- Provide day to day administrative support to members of the Executive Leadership Team, ensuring consistency and alignment across executive operations.
- Assist with preparation of presentations, reports, and executive correspondence.
- Coordinate executive travel arrangements and itineraries as needed.
- Track action items and follow ups from executive meetings to support accountability and execution.
- Support executive level administrative operations, including conference room scheduling, meeting logistics, and executive office coordination.
- Partner with the CAO’s organization on special projects, executive initiatives, and administrative process improvements.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for executive materials.
- Serve as a central point of coordination for executive administrative workflows, ensuring professionalism and consistency.
- Provide day to day oversight and support of a direct report, including task delegation, coaching, and performance feedback
- Confidentiality \& Compliance
- Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment.
- Maintain professionalism and discretion in all interactions with executives, Board members, and external stakeholders.
- May perform similar and incidental duties as required.
- 5\+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast paced corporate environment; public company experience preferred.
- Demonstrated success managing complex executive calendars and coordinating high stakes meetings.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive level polish.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Proven ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
