JOB DESCRIPTION: North Tree Enterprises, Inc. is seeking highly capable, detail\-orientated professionals to staff our Clerical Trailer Operations Unit during fire and emergency incidents.
This role is critical to incident operations. You will operate and manage a mobile office environment that supports emergency personal with high\-volume printing, document production, and technical administration support in fast\-paced, time\-sensitive conditions. You will be part of a 2–3\-person incident management team. IMS staff members exhibit a positive, client\-focused demeanor. We are looking for applicants who are technically strong, clam under pressure, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
The ability to problem solve, stay positive under pressure and to make cost effective choices while performing operations, including the care and maintenance of company equipment, are essential to one's success in this role. Work Environment
- 12\-Hour Shifts (day \& night)
- 5 \- 21 consecutive days per assignment
- Field\-based and remote locations
- Deployment\-based, call\-when\-needed
- Fasted\-paced mission\-driven atmosphere
- Location varies by incident
- Operate high\-volume copiers, printers, plotters and laminators
- Produce maps, incident action plans (IAP's), reports, flyers, handbooks, and operational documents
- Preform advanced print setup and troubleshooting
- Manage digital file transfers and cloud\-based document systems
- Maintain and calibrate office equipment
- Setup and breakdown mobile clerical trailer operations
- Support incident command staff with urgent document turnaround
- Maintain professional communication in a structured chain\-of\-command environment
- Integrity, the desire to perform and produce work of the highest quality, as well as the ability to solve problems in predictable situations, is necessary for the success of anyone in this role
- Other duties as assigned
- 18 Years or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)
- Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Professional
- Experience operating commercial copiers and print equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot printer drivers and advanced print settings
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remain composed under pressure
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to lift and maneuver office equipment
- Assist with trailer setup and brakedown
- Work extened hours on field conditons
- Continually keeping trailer clean and safe to make our job easier and coply with contract rules
