ABA Case Supervisor

Our office is located in Santa Ana, CA but we serve our clients in their homes in Fullerton, Anaheim, Santa Ana, Costa Mesa, Irvine, etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (Required)
• 2\+ years of experience in the field of ABA
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (Driving is an essential part of the job)
• Energetic and playful personality i
• Morning and midday availability
• Ability to clear FBI and DOJ fingerprinting

Details of the position

• Part\-time 15\-20 hours per week
• Paid training, drive time, and mileage reimbursement
• Under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), provides supervision to assigned cases
• Assists in making program changes in order to maximize client’s progress with approval from the BCBA
• Effectively directs therapists on how to deliver each part of the client’s treatment plan under the direction of the BCBA
• Provides parent education/training as assigned by the Clinical Manager
• Develops and writes progress reports under the direction of a BCBA
• Maintains electronic data and client folder
• Provides direct intervention as needed
• Responds to family/client issues in a timely manner; escalates to BCBA
• Responds to staff issues in a timely manner; escalates to BCBA
• Complete administrative duties as required for the job and that are approved by the Clinical Director
• Must be able to conduct in person visits with clients
• Escalates program concerns to BCBA
• Supervisors demonstrate a thorough understanding of DTT, Alternative Communication Systems, PRT, and other ABA strategies

Job Type: Part\-time

Pay: $29\.00 \- $31\.00 per hour
