St Pete ABA is a community\-based ABA provider serving children and adults across a variety of settings in Pinellas, Hillsborough counties. We deliver services in schools, group homes, and adult day programs — and we've structured the role to keep administrative burden low and clinical time high.
What to Know Before You Apply
* Experienced BCBAs – 10\+ BCBAs \& BCBA\-Ds to consult with on complex cases
* Room to grow \- we are a small but growing company that routinely develops enhanced roles for our dedicated BCBA’s seeking to gain additional professional experiences
* Billable indirect hours — assessment write\-ups, BIP development, caregiver training prep, and supervision time all count, not just direct contact hours
* Dedicated admin time — documentation and coordination time is built into your schedule and compensated, not something you're expected to absorb after hours
* Flexible scheduling — you set your weekly schedule around your clients and your life; we don't enforce a rigid 9\-to\-5\. Residential settings offer increased flexibility. Weekend and evening hours available at your choosing (not required)
* Stable, year\-round hours — because we serve clients in residential settings, your caseload doesn't shrink over summer or holidays the way school\-based roles typically do, and you have the ability to see multiple clients in the same location
* Streamlined documentation — templates and systems are already built; you're not starting from scratch on every client
* Administrative support — RBT scheduling, billing, and back\-office logistics are handled, so your focus stays clinical
