What You Will Do
· Support your team in daily operations, tracking shipments, updating customers, and solving problems quickly
· Communicate with carriers and customers, phone \> email
· Handle load entry, scheduling, and documentation
· Track shipments in real time and address issues before they escalate
· Anticipate needs and remove friction from your teammate’s day
