Job Title: Gate Technician

Pay: $25–$35/ hr. DOE, plus bonuses

Location: Castroville, CA 95012

R\&S Erection of Monterey Bay, Inc has been serving Monterey Bay and Santa Cruz counties since 1999\. We’re seeking for an experienced automated gate technician, any levels are welcome.

Job Description

• Diagnose, repair, and service on automated gates, entry systems and related electronics.
• Install new gate openers, access systems and security systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers
• Deliver professional service and build long\-term customer relationships
• Maintain company truck and inventory
• Use company iPhone/ iPad to record job data and communicate with the office
• Communicate confidently with management, support staff, customers and vendors

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a gate automatic technician or experience in a similar role.
• Familiarity with field service operations, including troubleshooting and repair of automated systems.
• Flexible, reliable, and a team player
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Fluent English speaker
• Ability to lift 75 lbs. safely
• Valid driver’s license with 3\+ years clean driving record
• Comfortable using iPhone/ iPad for job data
• Must pass background check and drug test

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: $25\.00 \- $35\.00 per hour
