Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail\-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support and assisting with various office tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties:
\- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, faxing, and filing
\- Assist with order entry and data entry tasks
\- Coordinate and schedule appointments
\- Greet patients, check them in, obtain payment for services
\- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
\- Assist with maintaining office supplies and inventory
\- fullfil tasks a directed
\-Perform daily, weekly \& monthly Business and Financial reconciliations (strong Excel skill required)
Skills:
\- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
\- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
\- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
\- Experience with Google Suite is a plus, google docs and attachments
\- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role in the medical field preferred
\- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
\- Knowledge of basic office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers
\- Familiarity with electronic Health Records Software a plus
\-Ability to clearly communicate the life\-changing value of treatments to new patients and consistently convert incoming calls into booked appointments.
\-Digital Marketing, Canvas and other video editing software skills
