Lumino ABA is seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing Orlando\-based team. This role offers flexible hours, a supportive environment, and hourly pay that can fit your schedule. You’ll work in school and home settings, collaborate with a strong clinical team, and have opportunities to grow into diagnostic and leadership roles. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and preference assessments
• Develop and maintain individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Provide BCBA supervision and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) should Collaborate with schools, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely session notes and clinical documentation
• Participate in onboarding, staff training, and team development
• Optional: Participate in diagnostic assessments (e.g., CARS, ADOS)

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)
• Active Medicaid license (required)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in ABA preferred (newly certified BCBAs welcome)
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and ethical standards
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) while being team\-oriented
• Reliable transportation to school and home\-based client locations
• Passion for providing high\-quality care to children and families

Job Types: Full\-time, Part\-time

Pay: $80\.00 \- $100\.00 per hour
