We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager/Administrative Assistant to join our team! Duties

- Greet visitors warmly and professionally at the front desk, providing exceptional customer service and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Manage multi\-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette, screening calls, taking messages, and transferring calls accurately.
- Handle calendar management and scheduling for meetings, appointments, and events using tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Perform data entry, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports with high attention to detail through proofreading and data verification.
- Coordinate administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning documents, and managing correspondence.
- Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar software for basic invoicing and expense tracking.
- Assist with personal or executive assistant duties as needed, including travel arrangements or special project support.
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
- Strong computer literacy including data entry, email communication, and document proofreading.
- Experience working with multi\-line phone systems and providing exceptional customer service via phone or in person.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse clientele and team members.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks for bookkeeping or basic financial tasks is a plus.
- Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist is advantageous but not required; relevant personal assistant experience is also valued.
