Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients at the front desk with a friendly, professional demeanor, managing multi\-line phone systems with efficiency and courtesy
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly, providing accurate information or directing them to the appropriate department
- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain organized records and ensure accuracy in all communications
- Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, filing systems, and general clerical duties including typing and document preparation
- Assist with customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients
- Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic bookkeeping software like QuickBooks to streamline daily operations
- Proven office experience or clerical background with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
- Prior experience in customer service or front desk roles preferred; familiarity with multi\-line phone systems is a plus
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse client bases
- Strong phone etiquette, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast\-paced environment
- Experience in medical or dental receptionist roles or personal assistant positions is advantageous but not required
- Demonstrated organizational skills including filing, data entry, proofreading, and calendar management
