Front Desk \& Membership Sales Specialist

Reports To

The Front Desk \& Membership Sales Specialist will report to the Performance Center Owner.

Job Overview

We are seeking a Front Desk \& Membership Sales Coordinator with membership sales experience and fitness or sports performance experience. This person will be the first point of contact for families, athletes, and prospects — both in person and online.

This is a part\-time role on‑site.

Front Desk

• Greet athletes and families with a warm, energetic presence
• Check athletes in for training sessions
• Answer parent questions about programs, schedules, and memberships
• Deliver an exceptional
free trial experience
• Confidently sell memberships and explain program options
• Answer phone calls and return messages
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area
• Support coaches with smooth session flow
• Assist with light admin tasks as needed

Facility Maintenance

• Hourly restroom checks \- light cleaning
• Daily cleaning tasks such as wiping down tables, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, wiping down equipment, etc \- to be shared amongst all team members.
• Weekly and/or Monthly cleaning tasks to include cleaning under and around equipment

• Experience in
membership sales (fitness, sports, or similar)
• Experience in
fitness, sports performance, or youth athletics
• Confident communicator with parents and teens
• Friendly, professional, and reliable
• Comfortable with phone calls, texting, and CRM systems
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
• Self‑motivated — especially during remote daytime hours
• Someone who genuinely enjoys helping families and athletes

Job Type: Part\-time

Pay: $18\.00 \- $19\.00 per hour
