Job Description:

We are a fast\-paced towing company seeking a reliable and detail\-oriented Tow Yard Office Clerk to support daily operations, including customer service, vehicle releases, dispatch support, and AAA billing.

This is a non\-dispatch role that works closely with our dispatch team while handling a high volume of calls and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls regarding impounded vehicles and general service inquiries
  • Assist customers with vehicle release requirements and documentation
  • Make outbound callbacks to customers, insurance companies, and lienholders
  • Verify ownership and required paperwork for vehicle releases
  • Maintain accurate vehicle inventory and records
  • Support dispatch team with callbacks, updates, and call overflow
  • Process and submit
  • AAA billing and required documentation

  • Communicate effectively with drivers, dispatch, and yard staff
  • Perform general data entry and administrative duties
  • Requirements:

  • Strong phone and customer service skills
  • Ability to handle high call volume and multitask
  • Detail\-oriented and organized
  • Comfortable working in a fast\-paced environment
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Ability to remain professional when dealing with upset customers
  • * Towing, impound, or AAA billing experience preferred

    Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • 1\-hour lunch break
  • No nights or weekends
  • Work Environment:

  • Remote position supporting tow yard operations in Valley Center and Vista
  • Team\-oriented environment with ongoing communication
  • Additional Notes:

    This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to stay organized under pressure. Prior experience in towing, impound yards, or AAA billing is highly preferred.

    Pay: $19\.00 \- $25\.00 per hour
