Role Overview

We’re hiring an AI Vibe Coder to replace the traditional “Junior Developer” role with something more modern and product\-focused.

This is an entry\- to mid\-level position for someone who can think, build, debug, and ship. You don’t need years of experience, but you must understand code well enough to reason through problems, debug logic, and execute with AI\-assisted workflows.

This role is hybrid and requires a minimum of 3 days per week in our Oklahoma City office (60% in\-office).

Fully remote candidates will not be considered.

What You’ll Do

• Turn ideas into working prototypes quickly (features, tools, growth experiments)
• Assist in managing and shipping updates to
Google Play and Apple App Store
• Work with APIs, debug backend responses, and handle
JSON\-based data flows
• Use AI tools (Codex, Claude Code, etc.) to accelerate development without sacrificing judgment
• Help improve internal workflows, automation, and product velocity
• Collaborate with leadership to test and refine ideas before full buildout

Core Requirements

• Basic programming experience (any language) with the ability to:
• Debug logic
• Understand API responses
• Work through problems step\-by\-step
• Familiarity with:

* LLMs and AI coding tools (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)

* Token usage and cost awareness when working with commercial AI models

• Elementary understanding of:

* App Store Connect / Google Play Console

* Firebase (or similar tools)

• Backend APIs and JSON
• Strong problem\-solving ability (you will be quizzed on this in interviews)
• Ability to work full\-time and communicate on platforms like:
• Slack
• Discord
• Telegram

Nice to Have

• Passion for AI and emerging tools
• Experience shipping side projects or experiments
• Familiarity with mobile app release cycles
• Comfort working in fast, iterative environments

Work Environment \& Expectations

• Hybrid role:
Minimum 3 days/week in\-office (Oklahoma City)
• Flexible scheduling, but must maintain
core working hours
• High ownership, fast feedback loops, and real responsibility
• You will be expected to:

working examples of past work
• Provide a
GitHub, CodePen, or similar portfolio
• Walk through how you approach and solve problems

• You reduce friction for the team and help ideas become reality

Compensation

$45,000 – $75,000 per year, depending on experience and capability.
