Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Part\-Time Office Manager to join our team! Shift: 8:00am to 1:00pm, Monday\-Friday
Responsibilities
- Greet clients during drop\-off
- Schedule meetings and maintain school calendar of events and closures
- Order classroom and office supplies
- Maintaining inventory of all classroom materials
- Bookkeeping
- Invoicing/Paying contractors
- Perform monthly audit of all tuition accounts
- Track monthly expenses in Quickbooks
- Track monthly tuition payments in Quickbooks
- Track contractor expenses
- Update client records accurately and efficiently to include new address, employment, vaccination records.
- Support office management by organizing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Provide customer support by responding to enrollment inquiries promptly and professionally via phone or email.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Quickbooks.
- Proficiency in ADP or other payroll software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy for data entry and document proofreading.
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is preferred.
- Ability to adapt to evolving priorities.
- Demonstrated office experience or clerical background with strong administrative skills.
- Willingness to take directives, work closely with owner and other teammates.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and confidentiality requirements.
- Familiarity with office management tasks such as filing, calendar management, and personal assistant duties.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 5 years successful administrative support experience as an Office Manager/Administrator preferably in a school or corporate office setting.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Must be willing to pass a criminal and sex offender registry background check.
- Exceptional writing skills and command of English.
