Location: Butler, PA (In office; NO Remote)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm

Compensation: $24\.00/hr

The Role

We are seeking a Commercial Sales Coordinator/ Administrative Assistant to support our Commercial sales team and Sales Manager. This is a high\-impact, operational support role focused on keeping sales processes accurate, organized, and moving efficiently.

This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail\-oriented, and very comfortable with technology. You will be responsible for managing data, coordinating customer\-facing logistics, maintaining pricing accuracy, and supporting day\-to\-day sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct administrative support to the Commercial Sales Manager and sales team
  • Serve as a point of contact for customer service inquiries via phone and email
  • Process and manage sales orders, quotes, and order tracking with a high level of accuracy
  • Maintain and update customer accounts, pricing, and product data in ERP systems
  • Perform website updates, including pricing adjustments and product changes
  • Coordinate and manage 70E customer training schedules, including scheduling, communication, and documentation
  • Process and monitor website and direct customer orders
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates to pricing structures across all systems
  • Manage the glove rotation program, including tracking customer glove inventory, monitoring testing schedules, identifying when gloves are due for retesting, and coordinating upcoming testing cycles
  • Assist with sales reporting, data entry, and account support
  • Identify and resolve order or service issues; escalate when appropriate
  • Support ongoing improvements to sales processes and workflows
  • Qualifications

  • 2\+ years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or sales support
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • * Strong computer skills required (comfortable working across multiple systems and making real\-time updates)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Experience with CRM or ERP systems preferred
  • High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Preferred Experience

  • B2B customer service or commercial sales support
  • Order processing, invoicing, or account coordination
  • Experience supporting a sales team or manager
  • Experience updating website content or pricing
