Overview
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Operations \& Executive Assistant to support two founders (married couple) across multiple businesses including real estate sales, luxury short\-term rentals, and interior design. Learn more about us at: www.instagram.com/re\_address
We are looking for someone who:
- Is very organized and proactive. Can anticipate needs before being asked
- Solves problems
- Is comfortable with some personal support to help founders stay focused on business
- Responsibilities
- Help with Calendar \+ travel coordination
- Creating new systems, SOPs, and organization workflows
- Inbox \+ task management
- Running business errands \+ occasional personal errands
- Supporting real estate transactions \+ client coordination
- Assisting in vendor communication \+ project coordination, May include site visits
- Assisting with some Airbnb operations. Possible occasional travel to short term rentals
- Occasional Assisting with design work (walk throughs or coordinating vendors)
- Share any new business tools discovered \+ proactive problem solving
- Identify opportunities to improve, streamline, and expand existing business operations
- Assist in launching any new projects, offers and business ventures
- Help scale operations across real estate, hospitality and design divisions
- Help manage virtual assistant
- Extremely organized and detail\-oriented
- Must be located in the San Francisco Bay Area
- Proactive — You may not always be given step\-by\-step instructions
- Comfortable with both business tasks and some personal
- Strong communication skills
- Tech\-savvy
- Familiar with AI tools
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule. Will have core weekday hours \+ some weekend support (advance notice when possible \& will adjust hours for time off accordingly)
- Experience in real estate, operations, Airbnb, social media or design
- Familiarity with tools like Asana, Claude, ChatGPT, Google Drive, DocuSign, Notion, Airtable
- You take initiative without being asked
- You enjoy building systems and improving operations
- You naturally think, “there’s a better way to do this”
- You prefer clear instructions for every single task
- You wait to be told what to do
- You are uncomfortable making decisions independently

Compensation
$30\-$45/hr based on experience \+ performance\-based bonus commissions tied to our real estate sales and business growth. Part time trial that will grow into a full time role.
Pay: $30\.00 \- $45\.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15\.0 – 50\.0 per week
