Clinical Supervisor (LMFT/LCSW/LPCC/PsyD) – Associate Therapists | Remote | Part-Time

SB Family Counseling \& Wellness is a growing group practice focused on providing accessible, high\-quality care to our community. We are building a small, well\-supported team of Associate Therapists and are seeking a clinical supervisor to provide oversight and mentorship.

This role is ideal for a supervisor who is experienced with associate\-level clinicians and comfortable holding clinical responsibility within a structured, collaborative practice.

Responsibilities:

• Provide weekly clinical supervision to associate therapists (AMFT, APCC, and/or ACSW)
• Facilitate group supervision or case consultation as needed
• Support case conceptualization across diverse populations (children, teens, couples, trauma, veterans)
• Provide clear, direct, and actionable feedback to developing clinicians
• Support documentation quality, ethical decision\-making, and risk assessment
• Serve as the primary clinical supervisor for a small team (2–4 associates)

• Centralized intake and admin support (no scheduling burden)
• Thoughtful client\-to\-clinician matching
• Gradual caseload growth for associates
• Structured, systems\-oriented environment

Clear separation between clinical oversight (supervisor) and business operations (owner/admin)

Qualifications (Required):

• Licensed in California (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist)
• Meets BBS requirements to supervise associate clinicians
• Prior experience supervising associate therapists (AMFT, APCC, or ACSW) required
• Ability to provide structured, direct, and clinically sound guidance
• Comfortable supervising multiple associates concurrently

Preferred:

• Experience supervising in a group practice setting
• Strong documentation and risk management experience
• Comfort working with a range of populations (youth, couples, trauma, veterans)

Position Details:

• Part\-time contract (1099\)
• Remote (California\-based)
• Initial team of 1–2 associates, growing to 3–4

Compensation: $100 per supervisee per week
