Responsibilities

  • Basic computer skills required. You will learn the customized scheduling software.
  • Handle front desk duties, including filing, photocopying, and organizing office supplies.
  • Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized office environment, ensuring all clerical tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Requirements

  • Previous office or clerical experience is preferred but not required; strong organizational skills are essential.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills; bilingual ability is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Computer literacy with the ability to perform data entry accurately at a steady pace (typing speed preferred).
  • Experience with customer service, filing systems, and general office management.
  • Demonstrated time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
