  • Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks
  • Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software as needed
  • Handle clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and maintaining organized records
  • Provide customer service support by assisting clients, vendors, and internal teams efficiently
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement to ensure smooth operations
