Tri Cities Golf Carts is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! This vital role offers an exciting opportunity to support daily office operations, streamline administrative processes, and enhance overall office efficiency. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail\-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to ensure a smooth and professional work environment.

Duties

  • Manage front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professionalism and warmth
  • Operate multi\-line phone systems, handle incoming calls with courteous phone etiquette, and direct inquiries efficiently
  • Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software to maintain accurate records
  • Assist with financing documents
  • Organize and maintain filing systems—both digital and physical—to ensure quick retrieval of documents
  • Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for team members or executives
  • Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software, including invoicing and expense tracking
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email and supporting client needs
  • Experience

  • Proven office management experience with a minimum of two years in an administrative or clerical role
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills
  • Previous experience working at a front desk or as a receptionist is highly desirable
  • Excellent typing speed and proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in all correspondence and documentation
  • Knowledge of office equipment operation including multi\-line phones, fax machines, printers, and scanners
