We are seeking a highly organized and detail\-oriented Executive Assistant \& Operations Specialist to support leadership while assisting with credit operations, business funding support, and member onboarding.
This is a hybrid role that combines administrative support with hands\-on operational responsibilities. The ideal candidate is reliable, process\-driven, and comfortable handling confidential client information.
Responsibilities
Executive Assistant Duties
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and internal coordination
- Assist with email management and follow\-ups
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
- Support leadership with daily administrative tasks
- Prepare documents, scan files, and perform data entry
- Track tasks, deadlines, and internal workflows
- Prepare, print, mail, and track credit dispute letters
- Maintain accurate records of disputes and responses
- Update client credit files and internal systems
- Organize credit bureau correspondence
- Update and maintain client funding profiles
- Assist with organizing applications and documentation
- Track client progress and ensure file accuracy
- Follow up with clients for missing information
- Assist with onboarding new clients into our services platform
- Ensure profiles are properly set up and completed
- Guide clients through initial steps and documentation
- Track onboarding progress and provide follow\-ups
- Opportunity to earn additional income through optional affiliate participation
