Responsibilities
- Scheduling appointments and meetings as needed.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all records are up to date.
- Provide clerical support, including filing, document.
- Assist with event planning, coordinating and other activities.
- Serve as point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors .
- Support team members with administrative.
- Must be available for evening events
- must have reliable transportation
- Some experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism in all interactions.
- Familiarity with clerical duties
- Experience in event planning is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
