We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. Duties
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, ensuring excellent phone etiquette.
- Manage scheduling and appointments for staff members.
- Maintain organized filing systems and perform clerical duties as needed.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry and document preparation.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks and invoicing.
- Assist with customer support inquiries, addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless office operations.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service abilities, fostering positive relationships with clients.
- Proficient in administrative tasks, including clerical duties and document management.
- Experience as a clerk or personal assistant is preferred.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a must.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast\-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Previous experience as a receptionist is advantageous but not required.
