Network Operations Center Primary Purpose:
Provide clerical, organizational, and customer service support to the Student Services Department. Assist in maintaining accurate student records, coordinating departmental processes, supporting compliance activities, and ensuring efficient daily operations that contribute to student success and district service delivery.Qualifications:Education / Certification+ High school diploma or GED required
+ Associate degree or college coursework preferred
Special Knowledge / Skills+ Strong organizational and time management skills
+ Knowledge of student information systems and office software (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace)
+ Ability to maintain confidentiality of student and personnel information (FERPA awareness)
+ Effective verbal and written communication skills
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Experience:+ Previous clerical or secretarial experience preferred
+ Experience in a school district or student services environment preferred
Major Responsibilities and Duties:Clerical \& Administrative Support+ Provide front\-office support for the Student Services Department including answering phones, greeting visitors, and responding to inquiries
+ Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and departmental communications
+ Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments and events
+ Assist with processing department forms, requests, and documentation
Student Records \& Data Management+ Maintain and update student files, enrollment records, and program documentation
+ Assist with data entry and reporting related to student services programs
+ Ensure records are accurate, complete, and compliant with district, state, and federal requirements
+ Support record requests and transfers as needed
Program \& Compliance Support+ Assist with coordination of student services programs such as counseling services, attendance initiatives, discipline processes, or special programs
+ Help track timelines, deadlines, and required documentation for compliance activities
+ Support preparation for audits, monitoring visits, and reporting cycles
Communication \& Customer Service+ Serve as a liaison between campuses, parents, students, and district departments
+ Provide professional and courteous assistance to stakeholders
+ Support distribution of departmental information, notices, and updates
Operational Support+ Order supplies and maintain inventory for the department
+ Assist with onboarding logistics, training coordination, or event preparation
+ Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Student Services or designer
Other Duties+ Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director or designee
+ Support district strategic initiatives related to equity, compliance, accountability, and continuous improvement
