Network Operations Center Primary Purpose:
Provide high\-level confidential administrative and secretarial support to the Assistant Superintendent of Administrative Services. Coordinate departmental operations, manage executive communications, and support efficient workflow across administrative service functions including Human Resources, Benefits, Technology, Federal Programs, Security \& Operations Management, and district operational initiatives. This position is critical to ensure the Assistant Superintendent can focus on strategic leadership by managing operational, communication, and administrative tasks efficiently.Qualifications:Education / Certification+ High school diploma or GED required

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and district systems

+ Knowledge of school district administrative processes preferred
+ Knowledge of budgetary responsibilities
+ Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast\-paced environment
+ High level of discretion and attention to detail
Experience:+ Minimum three (3\) years of secretarial or executive administrative support experience preferred
+ Experience supporting senior leadership or cabinet\-level administrators strongly preferred
Major Responsibilities and Duties:Executive Administrative Support+ Provide direct administrative support to the Assistant Superintendent including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing correspondence
+ Prepare agendas, reports, presentations, and official district communications
+ Screen phone calls, visitors, and requests to ensure timely and appropriate responses
+ Maintain organized filing systems and departmental records
+ Compile, analyze, and organize data to support decision\-making and reporting needs.
+ Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, gathering materials, and documenting meeting notes and action items.
+ Track deadlines and follow up on assignments to ensure timely completion of projects and initiatives.
+ Assist in the development and monitoring of departmental reports, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
+ Anticipate the needs of the supervisor and proactively address administrative and operational tasks.
+ Support special projects and initiatives by conducting research, preparing summaries, and coordinating deliverables.
Departmental Coordination+ Support coordination and communication between Administrative Servicesdepartments including Technology, Security Operations Management, Federal Programs, Human Resources, and Benefits.
+ Assist with tracking departmental initiatives, timelines, grant deadlines, and compliance requirements
+ Coordinate logistics for trainings, leadership meetings, and district operational planning sessions
Confidential Records and Compliance+ Maintain confidential records related to personnel matters, grants, technology initiatives, and compliance documentation
+ Assist with preparation and submission of reports, board agenda items, and supporting documentation
Financial and Operational Support+ Process purchase orders, invoices, budget documentation, and grant\-related paperwork
+ Assist with monitoring departmental expenditures and maintaining accurate financial records
Customer Service and Communication+ Serve as liaison between the Assistant Superintendent's office and campus administrators, district staff, vendors, and community stakeholders
+ Provide professional assistance and timely follow\-up on inquiries
Office Management+ Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficiency
+ Order supplies and manage departmental resources
Other Duties+ Perform additional duties as assigned by the Assistant Superintendent or designee
+ Support district strategic initiatives related to equity, compliance, accountability, and continuous improvement
Confidentiality \& Professionalism+ Handle sensitive information with a high level of discretion
