PAY \& PERKS
This full\-time role offers a pay range of $16 – $20/hour, with paid training and the opportunity to transition to a work\-from\-home arrangement after a successful 30\-day in\-office training period.

This is a full\-time position that begins with 30 days of in\-office training. After your initial training and a performance review, you may be eligible to work from home. We will make every effort to accommodate a schedule that aligns with your needs. As a Customer Service Associate, you will spend your day managing both inbound and outbound phone calls, ensuring prompt and courteous service to our customers. Coordination with our dispatch team to schedule appointments will be a key responsibility, enabling efficient daily operations. You will also be expected to monitor and follow up on leads, abandoned calls, voicemails, and emails, ensuring all customer inquiries are addressed. Administrative duties will include assisting with various office tasks and accurately entering data into our software systems. Your attention to detail and commitment to service will contribute to a positive experience for every customer.
