Lake Seminole Square is recruiting for a hospitality focused Concierge. The Concierge is responsible for answering and transferring all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner, giving information, direction and other appropriate assistance to residents, staff, guests and vendors. Performs a variety of clerical duties as assigned. You will be the first face someone sees when visiting our community!

- 1\. Provide on\-going switchboard/telephone coverage.
- 2\. Serve as receptionist and greet all guests, residents, vendors, suppliers, and outside service providers.
- 3\. Distribute packages, business mail and magazines.
- 4\. Maintain visitor sign\-in logs.
- 5\. Monitor closed circuit security TV cameras and fire alarm board (where applicable).
- 6\. Maintain security for admittance to all entries accessible to public.
- 7\. Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff.
- 8\. Prepare correspondence, memo, and other documents
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Typing and experience with Microsoft Office software
- Must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills
- Must be able to handle a multiplicity of routine tasks, following specific instructions carefully and general instructions completely.
