In this role, you’ll spend your day partnering with internal teams and external platform providers to support integrations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure benefits data flows accurately across systems. You’ll proactively identify risks, improve processes, and contribute to onboarding and technology initiatives that enhance efficiency. Your work directly impacts the organization by strengthening partner relationships, improving the customer experience, and enabling scalable, reliable operations.

  • Estimated Salary: $68,000 \- $88,000 plus annual bonus opportunity.

  • WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Develops deep expertise in third\-party platforms and their integration with Mutual of Omaha systems (eligibility, enrollment, billing, EOI), providing guidance to internal teams on platform capabilities, constraints, and best practices.
  • Partners with implementation, operations, and technology teams to support onboarding and adoption, identifying risks, configuration gaps, and data mapping issues and recommending solutions pre\-production.
  • Collaborates with external partners and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and operational issues, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution.
  • Analyzes trends, recurring issues, and operational patterns across platforms, creating documentation, standards, and playbooks to drive consistent and scalable support models.
  • Contributes to cross\-functional initiatives and product improvements by providing feedback on integrations, enhancing onboarding and workflows, and recommending solutions to improve scalability and customer experience.
  • WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Bring your 2\+ years of experience working with ben\-admin or HCM platforms like Workday, ADP, Employee Navigator, PlanSource, or similar tools to help drive seamless integrations.
  • Leverage your background configuring or supporting benefits within an HCM or ben\-admin platform to make a real impact on client and partner experiences.
  • Apply your understanding of API concepts and tools (such as REST APIs, JSON, Postman, or Swagger) to support and enhance system integrations.
  • Collaborate with agile delivery teams or contribute to technology initiatives, playing a key role in bringing solutions to life.
  • Utilize your experience in operations, implementation, or technical enablement within group benefits to support scalable, effective solutions.
