    • Maintain accurate bookkeeping records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or similar platforms.
    • Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger accounting to ensure all financial data is precise and up\-to\-date.
    • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently while verifying accuracy through account reconciliation.
    • Prepare journal entries, conduct balance sheet reconciliations, and analyze account activity to support financial reporting.
    • Manage payroll functions including calculating wages, processing tax deductions, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
    • Assist with governmental accounting tasks and tax\-related activities to ensure adherence to GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
    • Generate detailed financial reports, including budgeting summaries and financial statement writing, to support organizational decision\-making.

    • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Quicken, Xero, Sage, or similar platforms.
    • Strong understanding of corporate accounting principles, non\-profit accounting practices, and governmental accounting standards.
    • Knowledge of double\-entry bookkeeping, GAAP standards, and technical accounting concepts.
    • Experience with bank reconciliation, account analysis, general ledger reconciliation, and journal entries.
    • Familiarity with payroll processing systems and tax experience related to employee compensation.
    • Ability to perform account reconciliation accurately using 10\-key typing skills for data entry efficiency.
    • Excellent attention to detail in account analysis and general ledger accounting tasks.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple financial tasks simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
