Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant at PayNW goes beyond traditional admin duties. Fundamentally, the Administrative Assistant provides exceptional support to both internal and external individuals. They ensure positive experiences by warmly welcoming all, connecting everyone with the right staff member, and embodying PayNW’s culture. This role has grown to encompass HR responsibilities as well.

Duties \& Responsibilities

  • Primarily responsible for answering and directing all incoming telephone calls to appropriate parties in a professional, friendly and courteous manner.
  • Drive clear and consistent communication regarding company culture across all departments and teams, ensuring everyone understands and embodies the organization's values.
  • Own Sales with putting together client sales packets.
  • Manage PayCard Vendor relationship. Enter PayCard information into pay card database.
  • Daily review and allocation of unassigned inbound client request/tickets.
  • Own the Meeting Minutes for all hands meeting.
  • Own the Rev report.
  • Assist with completing and submitting weekly new hire reports to various states.
  • Support the verification process and coordination of weekly 401(k) contributions.
  • Help monitor the distribution process and ensure clear, timely communication.
  • Assist in coordination of in\-person events.
  • Embrace important projects for any department.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned.
  • Skills \& Qualifications

  • Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
  • Accuracy and speed at data entry.
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer relationship skills.
  • Proactive, a self\-starter.
  • Works well under pressure.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Work Environment

  • Must be available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Proficient in using a keyboard, mouse, and computer for up to 8 hours daily.
  • Skilled in frequent telephone/video conferencing and virtual meeting participation.
  • Must provide a distraction\-free private workspace big enough to accommodate two monitors.
  • Maintains a clean and professional background for virtual meetings.
  • Pay: $18\.00 \- $21\.00 per hour
