- Receives and organizes client paperwork per compliance requirements and processing deadlines; maintains client case files.
- Directly engages with and pre\-screens Health and Human Services clients to provide resources and general service, obtains and verifies information, explains programs and procedures, provides application forms; assists clients and provides ongoing support with application problem resolution.
- Responds to client phone case status inquiries and complaints, answers process questions; enters and processes applications via computer systems; directs client phone calls to appropriate department.
- Maintains application forms; processes audit requests; completes ongoing program training.

Beltrami County is creating an eligibility list for a full\-time, benefited Case Aide to work in the Health \& Human Services Consolidated Intake office, scheduling appointments, working closely with case managers and answering client questions across all programs. This position performs intermediate administrative support work involving the maintenance of client records in state information systems: processing applications, forms and verifications for program eligibility, maintaining client case files, and related work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed under the limited supervision of the Economic Assistance Program Manager.

Preferred hiring salary range is $22\.54 to $24\.62 per hour with a full range of $22\.54 to $28\.54 per hour. Placement depends on factors such as qualifications, internal equity, market conditions, and applicable policy guidelines.
