Job Summary
This is intended to be a temporary/seasonal position to help our Visiting Immunization Nurse Team. Data entry for Immunization Program from September\-December. Responsible for the input of all Immunizations from Immunization clinics. This position could be a remote work from home position based on knowledge of position and training. There is also ability to work from the Grand Rapids Office if necessary.
Provides clerical support activities at community\-based flu clinics. Responsible for greeting visitors and/or staff and directing them through the process from a position of high visibility. Performs clerical duties to support the area of responsibility.
Essential Functions
- Organizes, sets priorities, and performs clerical support functions at the community based flu clinics, including but not limited to: clinic set\-up to take down, maintain clinic forms and cash box, accessing customer payer information and client interaction/information/instructions.
- Maintains confidentiality of staff, clients, and organization according to agency policies and procedures.
- Ensures that required documentation for activities within areas of responsibility is completed in an accurate and timely manner.
- Ensures that customer information is obtained efficiently and correctly to assure proper payment and/or billing of immunization(s).
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of relevant experience demonstrated customer service.
- Previous computer experience.
