About Us

Our team created the Community Enrichment and Stop the Violence Initiative as a mission\-driven social enterprise focused exclusively on using the power of individualized education\-opportunity, financial resources, collective community elevation, wealth building, and assigned professional assistance as the solution to stopping the out of control Gun Violence, out of control Crime in our Communities, out of control widespread Mass Poverty, especially childhood poverty and living paycheck to paycheck, and Mass Incarceration, and Education Inequality in our nation. These destructive forces have taken countless lives ranging from our children to our elders; it has taken the hope and prosperity from entire communities and entire generations. As a company, as individuals, we could no longer sit on the sidelines and wait for the next horrific travesty to occur so we created The Community Enrichment and Stop the Violence Initiative using our experience as a government contracting company combined with many private equity firm strategies. Our team has worked on government contracts totaling over 1 billion dollars, through this we have been able to assist with helping over 26,000 individuals build over $500,000,000 in wealth. We have seen the power of building wealth within communities across the country and the positive life\-changing results, because of this and our desire to help stop the out of control gun violence and crime in our communities across the country we have created The Community Enrichment and Stop the Violence Initiative to help stop these community destroying elements.

The Community Enrichment and Stop the Violence Initiative at its core is a National Economic Empowerment and Gun Violence Reduction Movement; we will utilize Community Wealth Building, Community Education\-Opportunity, Individualized Inspiration\-Transformation, Tailored Professional Assistance, and Collective Community Investment Education as a tool to create positive community change, especially in communities with elevated gun violence, mass poverty and crime. The Role

We’re building a high\-performing sales team to grow our reach and deepen our impact. As a Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth, building and nurturing relationships, and educating clients about how choosing our solutions creates positive social change along with personal and financial growth.

You’ll work closely with our Marketing, Customer Success, and Impact teams to make sure our clients get both great service and a clear understanding of the difference they’re helping make. This role may include research duties, admin duties, onboarding duties, and program support duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the charge in converting prospective clients and fostering key partnerships
  • Proactively prospect, connect, and develop a strong pipeline of assigned and recruited potential clients through calls, emails, text, social selling, and email with the goal of connecting the Community Enrichment and Stop the Violence with their financial and personal success
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and communicate how our products/services solve their problems
  • Assist with increasing community awareness about The Community Enrichment and Stop the Violence Initiative
  • Deliver compelling presentations and demos (over the phone) that highlight both value and social impact
  • Prepare and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives to handle and overcome concerns or roadblocks to converting potential clients
  • Maintain accurate records of activities, opportunities, and forecasts in our CRM (e.g., HubSpot/Salesforce/Google Suites)
  • Build long\-term relationships with customers and identify upsell/cross\-sell opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging, improve the customer journey, and share feedback from the market
  • Work cross functionally with other internal teams
  • Represent our mission and values in every interaction with prospects, partners, and the community
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet or exceed daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics
  • What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3\+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer\-facing roles (B2B or B2C)
  • Strong communication, strong self\-starter work ethic, and storytelling skills—able to explain value clearly and confidently
  • Have a positive goal\-oriented can\-do attitude that is comfortable with outbound prospecting and high\-volume outreach when needed
  • Results\-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
  • Genuine passion for social impact, sustainability, or community development
  • Self\-motivated, organized, and the able to manage a multiple\-step process within your own pipeline and priorities
  • Familiarity with CRM software, basic sales tools, and strong computer skills
  • Possess excellent emphatic and interpersonal skills with a keen focus on persuasive critical thinking skills
  • Highly reliable with the ability to problem solve while working effectively in a diverse sales eco\-system and thrive in a fast\-paced, growing environment
  • Nice to Have (Not Required):

  • Experience selling at a startup, nonprofit, or social enterprise
  • Experience in Telesales
  • Experience selling to D2C and Direct to Stakeholders
