The Bilingual Voluntary Benefits Support Specialist provides critical operational and technical support during Open Enrollment (OE) periods. This role is responsible for supporting system functionality, auditing Benefit Consultant (BC) performance, and ensuring effective communication with employees. The ideal candidate is detail\-oriented, proactive, and experienced in troubleshooting systems and supporting high\-volume enrollment operations.

- Provides operational and technical support during Open Enrollment periods, including case management, call auditing, and employee communication oversight.
- Verify to ensure all staffed Benefit Coordinators are licensed including drivers license and other requirements
- Conducts ongoing refresher system training as needed in support of Benefits Team Manager
- Trouble shooting all internal systems, Ben Admin and Email configuration issues in support of Benefits Trainer open enrollment periods.
- Call Auditing and Performance Monitoring by monitoring and evaluating calls throughout Open Enrollment on all cases for all staffed benefit coordinators on the case. Communicating with Account Managers of critical issues.
- Provide constructive performance feedback to Benefits Trainer and Benefits Team Manager for delivery to Benefits Coordinator
- Address and document performance concerns with Enroller Database in Monday.com
- Life, Health, and Variable Annuity License Required.
- Excellent analytical skills with strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Effective planning and organizational skills, sound judgment, strong attention to detail.
- Proficient computer skills and current experience working with MS Office Suite, including working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Valid Driver's License required.
