Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain enterprise endpoint management platforms (e.g., Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, Autopilot)
- Develop and deploy device configurations, compliance policies, security baselines, and application packages
- Manage OS updates, patching processes, and feature rollouts across all endpoints
- Create automation solutions using PowerShell or similar scripting languages to streamline device provisioning, software deployment, reporting, and remediation tasks
- Optimize endpoint performance, startup experience, and software delivery processes
- Implement and maintain security policies, conditional access, device encryption, and threat protection
- Monitor compliance status, investigate vulnerabilities, and collaborate with security teams to address risks
- Ensure adherence to corporate governance, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements
- Provide Tier 3 support for endpoint\-related issues escalated from Service Desk or Desktop Support
- Troubleshoot problems with OS, hardware, network connectivity, applications, and device enrollment processes
- Create documentation, knowledge base articles, and technical procedures
- Partner with application teams, cybersecurity, network, cloud, and service desk teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Participate in endpoint modernization initiatives, migrations, and lifecycle management projects
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving endpoint architecture and user experience
- 3\+ years of experience in endpoint engineering, device management, or systems administration
- Hands\-on experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, Windows Autopilot, Group Policy, Intune Compliance Policy, Azure AD, and Windows OS
- Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills
- Deep understanding of modern endpoint security practices, compliance, and configuration management
- Experience supporting Windows and mobile devices
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Microsoft certifications such as MD\-102 \- Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, AZ\-104 \- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, MS\-102 Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert, or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of Zero Trust principles, conditional access, and identity\-based security
- Experience with application packaging (MSI, Win32 apps, custom scripts)
- Windows Server OS Administration
- Bring education or experience from: bachelor's degree in Business Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or Computer Science, or equivalent experience in computer science or related discipline
- Microsoft Certified Professional
- Microsoft A\+ certification
- VMWare certified or strong working knowledge
