This is a confidential opportunity to join a growing real estate development firm in a high\-impact, visible paralegal position. You will handle the critical details\~ leases, contracts, deadlines, assisting closings, that make large projects possible, while collaborating daily with our development managers, construction managers, general counsel, and outside professionals across the full spectrum of disciplines that bring a project to life.
This is a role for someone who is very passionate, loves variety, is energized by dynamic work, and takes pride in being the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.
What You’ll Do (to name a few)
- Keep deals on track: Manage calendars, key dates, lease expirations, renewal options, and purchase deadlines.
- Abstract \& summarize: Review leases, purchase agreements, amendments, estoppels, and closing documentation.
- Coordinate across disciplines: Work directly with leadership, development managers, construction managers, accounting, tax, general counsel, and outside consultants.
- Support closings \& diligence: Help prepare for and manage title, survey, and other critical items.
- Stay adaptable: Embrace a role where priorities shift daily, from legal admin one day to development coordination the next.
- Drive efficiency: Use technology and organization to streamline processes and add value.
- Be the glue: Serve as the all\-encompassing connector across legal, development, construction, and financial functions.
- 3–5\+ years of experience in commercial real estate paralegal, lease administration, or related role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and keep deadlines moving.
- Detail\-oriented and very organized
- Very Strong communication skills, both written and verbal — with confidence working across development, legal, and construction teams.
- Tech\-savvy, comfortable with MS Office and able to pick up new systems quickly.
- A self\-starter mindset: hard\-worker who is proactive, dependable, and able to “pick up the ball and run with it.”
- Professionalism, discretion, and a strong work ethic, the hallmarks of a true all\-star teammate.
