- Prepare yearly budget, including requisite maintenance and revisions.
- Investigate and correct discrepancies in revenue, vouchers and expenditure reports.
- Prepare financial reports (i.e., financial status report and request for funds for grantor agencies).
- Reconcile expenditures by posting administrative expenditures to appropriate grants.
- Reclassify payroll into appropriate programs.
- Research and prepare fiscal and statistical inquiries and reports, as necessary.
- Conduct fiscal close for County and Grantor agencies.
- Prepare federal and state reports regarding fiscal spending.
- Maintain property inventory.
- Prepare requisitions and vouchers.
- Prepare and input journal entries.
- Track service deliveries and charge to appropriate activities.
- Perform audit reviews and resolutions, as necessary.
- Maintain appropriate records for monitoring and reconciling individual grant data.
- Calculate quarterly interest.
- Assist account clerks with invoice preparation, contract preparation and spreadsheet setup and maintenance.
- Perform other duties, tasks and special projects, as required.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least three years of job\-related experience.Knowledge of IDIS and LOCCS (Federal Government disbursement programs).
- Ability to use a calculator.
