What You’ll Do
- Build genuine relationships and trust with patients from the first visit using motivational interviewing and empathetic communication.
- Evaluate nutrition needs through diet, exercise, sleep, lifestyle, and functional lab assessments.
- Translate complex lab results into clear, plain\-language explanations patients can act on.
- Set and prioritize realistic, stage\-based goals so patients feel focused, not overwhelmed.
- Collaborate actively with our team to strengthen patient outcomes and care processes.
- Develop patient resources (handouts, recipes, educational content) that make protocols easy to follow.
- Keep patient records current and organized in our electronic systems.

- Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist in North Carolina (Required)
- Registered Dietitian (RD) or CNS (Required)

What We’re Looking For
* Credentials: Current RD or CNS (with NC LDN/LN).
* Experience: 2\+ years outpatient nutrition counseling; experience working with complex or multi\-factorial health concerns preferred
