- Full\-time employment, 37\.5 hours per week.
- Work hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday\-Friday, with a 30\-minute lunch.

- Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- Graduation from high school; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
- Successful completion of basic training in Elizabethtown, PA is required.
- Must understand how to efficiently use and navigate a personal computer.
- Two (2\) years or more of experience with the Microsoft systems (Word/Excel/Outlook, etc.) and other software packages to create and maintain spreadsheets/calendars/documents/rosters etc.
- Must have the ability to work with various office equipment such as: scanner, printer, fax machine, computer, tablet, telephone, personal communication devices etc.
- Previous experience working in an office setting as a clerk and or personal assistant.
- Previous experience with electronic communication tools/skills, such as video conferencing, and creating meetings in Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
- Previous experience combining and manipulating documents in Adobe Pro.
- Must be proficient in keyboarding skills.
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
- You must pass a background investigation and meet Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) compliance requirements.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
As a Clerical Assistant 2 you will provide clerical and office support to your assigned institution. You will be responsible for filing, typing a variety of documents, and entering data for various departments within the institution. In addition, you will be required to operate office equipment and maintain computer databases and records.

* Salary: Selected candidates who are new to employment within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $36,108 (before taxes).
