We are a 40\-year\-old board game, puzzle, and toy company headquartered in San Francisco looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our growing team. Our Sales Coordinator is an important member of our company's sales team. By supporting sales managers, industry representatives, and coordinating sales\-related activities within the company, you contribute to achieving sales targets. The Sales Coordinator plays an important part in cultivating good customer relationships by acting as an extension of our in\-house sales team and our national sales reps. This position requires excellent organizational, administrative, and communication skills, as well as an ability to deliver high standards of customer service.
Responsibilities include:
- Create sales reports and maintain spreadsheets in Excel, including weekly sales reports, sales meeting calendar, price lists, and item sales tracking for key accounts.
- Work in account/vendor portals to mine and extract data for reports, complete and maintain item\-set ups, and track vendor agreement changes/updates.
- Assist in coordination of annual sales meeting and rep trainings – including logistics, travel, schedule, and more
- Coordinate with our Sales Team (including in\-house sales staff, remote sales, and sales reps), Warehouse, Art Dept. and Product Development to ship samples and obtain images for reps and/or customers in a timely manner
- Maintain weekly calendar for sales team \-\- including travel plans, meeting information/needs
- Assist in development of sales presentations for key accounts
- Assist in the creation of sales promotions, targeting the specialty retail market
- Serve as the primary sales contact for new accounts prior to assigning sales person \-\- including working internally on customer set\-ups, term approvals, tracking orders, and payments
- General correspondence with sales reps, data entry, and filing
- Additional special projects as requested
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, report automation, etc), Word, PowerPoint
- Organized and detail\-oriented, capable of coordinating details and timelines within strict timeframes and deadlines
- Effective and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Exhibit a strong sense of confidence in decision\-making, problem solving, team leadership, and interpersonal communications.
- BA or the equivalent
- Familiarity with Salsify
- Experience with event planning and coordination
- Loves board games and interested in the industry
- Experience with design software (Adobe CS) or html

Schedule, manage and lead trade show execution \-\- including booth design, show logistics, travel, master schedule, shipping/receiving product samples, set\-up/break down, sales meetings, follow\-up and more \ travel will be required
Potential for account management of specialty or ecommerce retailers \some travel may be required
