AEAE is a small enterprise that's rapidly expanding, therefore we are looking for an Executive Administrative assistant.
Your responsibilities include:
- Drafting and organizing e\-mail/DMs
- Handling in\- and outbound phone calls
- Managing scheduling and appointments
- Performing basic bookkeeping tasks
- Conducting market research
- Order office supplies, shipping and returns
- Creating spreadsheets, preparing presentations
- Incidental light housekeeping or errands
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English (more languages preferred)
- In\-depth knowledge of Office software, strong computer skills
- Exemplary planning and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Strong problem\-solving and negotiation skills
- Driver's license
- Bachelor’s degree
- Flexible schedule
- Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Preferred)
Requirements and skills:
In this job you'll be part of small, fast\-growing company. You will work remote most of the time, we expect you to come into the office (WeWork Culver City) twice a week.
Pay: $20\.00 \- $25\.00 per hour
