Data Processing and Variable Programming Technician

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail\-oriented and organized Data Processing and Variable Programming Technician to join our team. This role involves converting and processing incoming data and setting up variable programming within Inspire Designer.

Experience using BCC Mail Manager and Inspire Designer is required.

Duties

• Import incoming data and run counts
• Data Cleansing (CASS, NCOA, Dedupe, Suppressions, Casing, etc.)
• Create signoff files per client requirements
• Setup Print output program in Inspire Designer
• Create output for production
• Create return files

Requirements

• Proven experience with BCC and Inspire Designer
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in data processing
• Knowledge of postal requirements is a plus
• Office or clerical experience preferred, including filing and organizational tasks
• Basic math skills for data verification and calculations
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast\-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

Pay: $60,000\.00 \- $90,000\.00 per year
