What You’ll Be Doing
The Bilingual Document Support Specialist supports StartCHURCH clients by ensuring a smooth and professional journey through our services. We’re looking for a detail\-obsessed Bilingual Document Support Specialist who takes pride in accuracy and follow\-through. This role is critical to ensuring client documents are prepared, reviewed, and processed correctly and on time. If you like structured work, clear expectations, and getting things right the first time, this is your lane.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients throughout their StartCHURCH journey.
- Prepare, review, and process client documents with high accuracy
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements
- Track document status and meet strict deadlines
- Communicate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly
- Maintain organized digital records and documentation systems
- Identify errors or inconsistencies and correct them proactively
- Previous paralegal experience or an Associate's degree preferred.
- Strong attention to detail (this is non\-negotiable)
- Ability to follow processes consistently and accurately
- Solid written communication skills (Spanish/English)
- Comfort working in a fast\-paced, deadline\-driven environment
- Proficiency with systems like Google Workspace, CRM tools, or similar
- Prior experience in document processing, compliance, bookkeeping, or admin support preferred
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.
