Position Title: Instructional Designer

Position Summary:
This role plays a key part in creating engaging, high\-quality eLearning courses and digital training materials that support professional growth, business performance, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is both creative and strategic—able to design learning experiences that are interactive, impactful, and aligned with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop eLearning courses, simulations, videos, and microlearning assets to support company\-wide training initiatives.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and business leaders to identify learning needs and translate complex content into engaging, easy\-to\-understand learning materials.
- Apply adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM), and corporate learning best practices to ensure effectiveness and scalability.
- Develop storyboards, scripts, and visual design outlines for eLearning content and video production.
- Build and publish eLearning content using iSpring Suites, Active Presenter or similar E\-learning tools.
- Partner with facilitators to blend eLearning with instructor\-led or virtual training sessions.
- Support continuous improvement by gathering feedback, tracking learner performance, and recommending enhancements to training programs.
- Maintain brand standards and consistency across all learning materials.
- Manage multiple projects with attention to timelines, quality, and stakeholder communication and meet deadlines in a fast\-paced, fast\-growing environment.
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in written format at an advanced level
- Effectively present information in on\-on\-one and group situations with employees of the organization.
- Communicate complex topics through written documents
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Outlook
- Advanced knowledge of E\-learning software tools
- Minimum 1\-2 years experience in instructional design training experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency with eLearning tools
- Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work cross\-functionally and deliver under tight deadlines while maintaining high quality.
- Familiarity with LMS systems, SCORM/xAPI standards, and eLearning analytics.
- Strong understanding of corporate training frameworks, performance improvement, and adult learning theory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Training experience in a Law Firm or Legal Service Provider
- Training experience in a call center environment
- Able to sit at and work on a computer for periods of time
- Able to lift up to 10 pounds and reach/bend to retrieve items in cabinets and shelves
- Required to be at the work location to perform job functions
- Ability to speak, hear and see for the assigned work day
- Repetitive key stroke/data entry for the assigned work day

Schedule: Monday through Friday \- 9:00am \- 5:30pm EST
Pay: Weekly
Annul salary: $65,000
