* SUMMARY:
- This position performs limited aspects of technical supply management work (e.g., inventory management, storage management, material inspection, and material movement) related to depot, local, or other supply activities. Work usually is segregated by commodity area or function, and controlled in terms of difficulty, complexity, or responsibility. Assignments usually relate to stable or standardized segments of technical supply management operations; or to functions or subjects that are narrow in scope or limited in difficulty. The work generally involves individual case problems or supply actions. This work may require consideration of program requirements together with specific variations in or from standardized guidelines. Assignments require: (a) a good working knowledge of the governing supply systems, programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals, or other established guidelines; (b) an understanding of the needs of the organization serviced; and (c) analytical ability to define or recognize the dimension of the problems involved, to collect the necessary data to establish the facts, and take or recommend action based upon application or interpretation of established guidelines. - Serves as a Supply Clerk (Property Control Clerk) responsible for receipt, issue, storage, shipment, inventory, return of materials and supplies, and with guidance from supervisor, prepares and maintains supporting files for supply transactions and audit trail. Determines condition of material and equipment. Arrange disposal when necessary. Assist in resolving inventory and/or system problems. Generate reports as directed. Duties may vary depending on assigned department. Performs other duties as required.

* ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Determines condition of material and equipment and arranges disposal when necessary.
+ Maintains accountability of government materials assigned to the directorate/department in accordance with established requirements.
+ Maintains files in accordance with Army Records Information Management System
+ Operates COTS tracking system for accountability and asset visibility requirements.
+ Assists in resolving inventory and/or system problems and generates reports as directed.
+ Understand and meet established productivity and quality control goals associated with assigned functional area / process.
+ Follow established guidelines in performing day\-to\-day routine tasks as outlined in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Technical Manuals, and Audit Readiness standards, etc.
+ Understand the Acceptable Performance Levels (APL's) associated with assigned functional work areas / process and work expeditiously to meet contractual and team goals.
+ Ability to use e\-mail to receive and disseminate workload tasks and information.
+ Maintain a safe and secure work environment.
+ Perform other duties as assigned in association with established Management and Contract Compliance Plan, and workload requirements, etc.

- Working knowledge of the governing supply systems, programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals, or other established guidelines
- Experience using the Microsoft Office suite of programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Required walking, stand, sit, and move about the property for extended periods of time. Perform physical activities involving the use of arms and legs and full\-body movement, including climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials. The position may require working indoors or outdoors in various weather conditions and environments that may be dirty, dusty, or uneven. The employee must be able to lift and handle equipment or supplies weighing up to 50 pounds and occasionally more than 50 pounds with assistance, and exert moderate physical effort when loading, unloading, or arranging materials. The employee must also have sufficient visual acuity to review written documentation, the ability to hear and understand speech at normal room levels and on the telephone and must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when exposed to hazardous conditions.
WORK ENVIRONMENT/HOURS:
This position is not eligible for remote work, as the essential functions of the role require the employee to perform duties on\-site. May be exposed to inclement/extreme weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment may vary from moderate to high, depending on location. Must be able to work in fast paced, multi\-task environment. If applicable work 10(\+) hours per day Will require having flexed hours to accommodate for mission requirements to include weekends and Holidays. Overtime may be required.
