• Provide engaging, play\-based physical therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist (primarily pediatrics)
• Support treatment plans focused on strength, mobility, coordination, and functional independence
• Build strong relationships with patients and families to support progress and carryover at home
• Collaborate daily with Speech, Occupational, Physical Therapy, Behavioral Health, and ABA team members to deliver holistic, family\-centered care
• Assist with session setup, equipment use, and maintaining a safe and supportive therapy environment
• Participate in team collaboration and monthly reflective consultation for support and growth
• Work 1:1 in private treatment rooms and therapy gyms designed to meet sensory and physical needs
